3. User Accounts and Registration

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That all security vulnerabilities will be detected
• That scan results are 100% accurate or complete

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURAPROBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of the Service
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecuraProbe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content or any content you submit through the Service
• Unauthorized scanning of third-party applications

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• You fail to pay fees when due
• We are required to do so by law

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, if mediation fails
